Welcome to ExpanX! We're glad you are here. Creating an account is free. Whether you're looking for your first lab, flex space, manufacturing space, warehouse space, or want to lease out or sell industrial property, you're in the right place.

You can create an account using your email address, Google or Linkedin account. To sign up for an account, click here and follow the steps on the screen to set up your account. You will be required to verify your identity by confirming your email address and phone number.  

After you've created an account, we'll take you to ExpanX's dashboard. If you're a broker, you (and your team) will be able to post and manage your industrial property listings. If you're a tenant or an investor, use ExpanX to search and inquire about industrial spaces of interest to you – and save listings to your favorites so you can come back to review them later. 

Note: The email address you use to sign up will serve as the username of your ExpanX account.

1. Log in to your ExpanX account and tap the profile icon at the top right.

2. Select Profile. 

3. In the "Personal" section, tap the pencil icon.

4. Add or change your profile photo:

• To add a profile photo, drag an image into the image uploader, or manually upload an image from your computer. 
• To change your existing profile photo, tap the Change Photo link next to your profile photo and drag an image into the image uploader, or manually upload an image from your computer.

Adding a profile photo creates a positive first impression, allows you to appear more professional, and attracts more connections and opportunities.

Are you having trouble logging into your ExpanX account? Don't worry, we've got you covered! We'll guide you through resetting your password with just a few simple steps.

1. On the login page, enter the email address you used to create your account and click Continue. 

2. Select "Forgot your password?" link.

3. You'll receive a code in your email. Open the verification email with the subject: "Here's the code to reset your ExpanX login password" sent from ExpanX. 

Note: The code will be valid for 10 minutes. If you didn't receive the code, click resend code. 

4. Copy and paste your Verfiication code in the text field on the password reset page and click Continue. 

4. You will then be prompted to choose a new password.

5. Click Finish.

To change your password while you're signed into ExpanX, follow the simple steps below:

1. Log in to your ExpanX account.

2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner. 

3. Select Account Settings in the pop-up navigation menu.

4. In the Password section, select Edit.

5. Follow the prompts to create a new password for your account.

6. Click Verify.

Google, Facebook, or Linkedin

If you've created an ExpanX account using your Google or Linkedin account credentials, and forgot your password, you can reset it through the platform you're using to log in. You cannot reset your password through ExpanX.
