Yes, it's free to list CRE industrial spaces on ExpanX until you decide to upgrade your listings for greater visibility. However, the forever-free listings (see Basic plan) offer limited exposure and do not include the additional features provided by the Enhanced and Teams & Brokerages plans. Please note that ExpanX only allows industrial properties to be listed.

Welcome to ExpanX! We're glad you are here. Creating an account is free. Whether you're looking for your first lab, flex space, manufacturing space, warehouse space, or want to lease out or sell industrial property, you're in the right place.

You can create an account using your email address, Google or Linkedin account. To sign up for an account, click here and follow the steps on the screen to set up your account. You will be required to verify your identity by confirming your email address and phone number.  

After you've created an account, we'll take you to ExpanX's dashboard. If you're a broker, you (and your team) will be able to post and manage your industrial property listings. If you're a tenant or an investor, use ExpanX to search and inquire about industrial spaces of interest to you – and save listings to your favorites so you can come back to review them later. 

Note: The email address you use to sign up will serve as the username of your ExpanX account.

To add a new industrial property listing, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your ExpanX account.

2. Click + at the top right.

3. Type in the property address. As you start typing, a list of suggested address(es) will appear in the drop down. Select an address that matches your property address. 

If none of the suggested address(es) match your property address, select "Enter address manually" in the drop down and type in the address fields. 

4. Select the Listing Type for your industrial space, whether you're listing For Lease or For Sale, and specify if it's a Building or Condo. Click Get Started.

5. Under Type, select any provided Property Subtype(s) or enter custom Property Subtype(s). Limit 3 subtypes per listing. 

6. Continue by clicking Add Location and following the instructions on the screen to add a new listing.

7. Click Publish when you're ready to publish your listing.

8. ExpanX team will review and verify your new listing submission. Once the team approves your submission, your listing will be automatically published and you will receive a notification email.

After you've completed adding the listing details or making changes to your listing, you can easily make your listing or any changes go live on the web by clicking the blue Publish button at the top right of the edit listing page.

You can update your listing and publish the changes at any time. Log in to your account, select "My Listings" in the hamburger menu, edit your listing, and publish the changes instantly.
